Manually Edit Costs/Prices?
Is there any easy way, or heck even semi-difficult way, to manually edit costs and prices of things?

While waiting for the official Hardcore Mode, would be nice to play with some settings to make making money more difficult, for personal enjoyment.

I know you can edit car statistics, but I don't see anything about costs in those files/folders.

The only way I know to mod prices is the uniqueMod = number at the end of each car text file. This is a multiplier for the sell price of the car.

Can anyone confirm this?

If I change uniqueMod, the Car price will change too?

I might experiment with this.. but what exactly, in theory, does uniqueMod do?

Does it just change the sell price for cars that you've purchased/restored from Auction?

Or will it also affect parts or cars you repair as well?

Ok just finished editing this figure in nearly all the Car .txt's.
I say 'nearly' cause some of them were already at a low 1.0 value.

What I did was change for example 1.5 to 1.1; 1.7 to 1.2 etc.
Basically so the cars prices are in line with what they used to be, just lower.

I haven't tested this out in game yet, but am about to.

I didn't change the Maluch though either, which by default is 0.5, quite low.
(Though I believe the Dev's are fixing/adjusting this in the future)

But anyone who wants to give it a try, feel free; I uploaded it here:

Just extract the .rar, and copy the .txt's over the old ones. You may want to back up the old ones first.

If the game updates it will replace the .txt's though.

Thanks.

the change in this value unique mod = 1.2 has to follow the shopping is cheaper.
but the sale price goes down.

i tested it on a bolt hellcat.

original uniqueMod = 1.5
selling price in my car 62.030 €

modified uniqueMod = 1.2
selling price in my car 49.624 €

to vehicles super low price to buy it is not bad.
