Engine wont start
Does anyone know...

What EXACTLY are the only parts that can stop a engine from running in this game ?

(me engine noob) if you just want to replace or repair nothing but what it takes to get the engine started, what is the list of parts related to this... ?

It usually has to do with the electrical parts. Usually 1 or more parts of the ignition. Also check the spark plugs and wiring.
1st thing I would check is the ignition rotor.

I would check the things that real mechanics check first; the ignition system (spark plugs, leads, distributors etc), then the fuel system (Carburettors, intake manifolds, fuel pump and filter etc.) And finally the battery and air filter. Anything past that most likely needs an engine rebuild.
Well if it's ignition: the battery, coil, or spark plugs. If it's fuel: out of fuel, bad fuel pump or clogged filter. Also check for blown fuses to the pcm, coils, and fuel pump. The fuel pump will also have a relay to check.

most of the parts like rocker arms and ignition things will stop it working

Fuel Pump
Battery
Spark Plug
Spark Plug Wires
Cap & Rotor
Carburetor
Fuel Filter
Air Filter

Like real life engines these cars need fuel, air and spark.

kewl thx people, all it is sometimes i feel like fixing the engine to complete the test tracks, i know its easy to do the car repairs by spotting faulty parts but at times i get all serious about being a virtual mechanic lmao

At least you're not checking ECM and such.
