Best DLC?
Hi, I'm new to the game and was curious what were, if any, the best DLC to purchase for the game. Also if there are any good user mods and how that works as well would be great! Thanks in advance.

I was looking a lot at the performance one, thanks for both of your inputs! Is the trader DLC any good? Do you two have any opinion on it?

The trader dlc includes three older cars. For turning a profit they are great as they are generally found in poor condition at auction and benefit the most from restoration work. Would have been nice if some such cars were included in the base game, but for what they are I like them.

Note though: you can actually adjust the range of conditions any car is found in at auction by editing the car's txt file (see posts in Community section for more on that: http://steamcommunity.com/app/320300/guides/#scrollTop=200 ). So what the trader dlc really gets you is... three more cars, with a few mechanical differences from the other cars in the game.

@dogwalker1, so could be worth it for restoration/profit-turning purposes, but the performance and visual tuning are still the best DLCs to go for first?

if you want more power and options, go towards perf and vis DLC. If you want to make in-game cash, buy SUV&Pickup DLC and buy Earthquake Rex

Depends on what you want to do... if you want more dimensions to the game then performance and visual. If you just want more different cars to buy, fix and sell, then perhaps the other dlcs.

I would say that I agree regarding the performance and visiual tuning first, with the caveat that once you've swapped some visual parts and souped up the engine then what? You can go faster on the drag strip and sell a modified car for more but it doesn't really lead you anywhere beyond that. That's not a knock on the performance & visual dlc's, it is an area where I feel the game itself really needs more work to be made a complete game. I don't see them modifying CMS2015 in that respect though... probably have to wait and see if we get more meat there with the next iteration of this game (CMS2017 sometime next year, according to the rumour mill).
