Report a translation problem
If you had played cms2014, one of the missions/jobs in it had a part that had this problem and many people got confused and somewhat angered by it. I myself have seen maybe 2 parts out of thousands (so we're talking a 0.01% chance or less) in this version of game that seemed to have this.
Thankfully in this version you have a few options to progress in situations like these.
- On the job order, once you have found a part, click the gray star next to it to make it blue so it will be highlighted/outlined when you examine the car so you can see which part is the problem just in case it may be flagging a different part then the one you thought
- try repairing it again (to avoid the rare round-off issue I try to get higher than the minimum (e.g. 71% or more if it wants 70%)
- just buy a new part (100% new will always work. just dents your bank account)
- or just give up and go to the next job (but the car has to be complete with no missing parts)
I assume you have tried the cms equivalent of 'turn it off and on again' by removing the part then putting it back on. If not, it might be the only way (or go full nuclear and rip everything apart and put it back together) to get the lemon out of the garage without trying to edit the save files or fiddle with cheatengine or similar programs.
