Can you beat this game?
Does this game have an "end"? Or are you playing as long as you want and there's no ending?

Depends on how you look at it. You get xp to buy upgrades until you eventually unlock all elements and upgrades. There the goal-oriented part of the game ends and you can go on as long as you like.
