Can't collect final car part for Faraday's Cage quest BUG

I was able to extract the parts from 2/3 required cars, however for the final car part I need to complete this quest, it won't let me complete the extraction.

This is on the car parked at the tree house. What happens is I walk up, see the "Extract" prompt, and hold "E", however the indicator ALWAYS stops at 3/4ths complete and Arthur puts away the extractor as though I had let go of the key. There is a brief view of the car with the extraction hole present, but then it immediately goes back to how it was and I get the prompt again.

I've tried deleting the local files and re-downloading, traveling to other parts of the map, and completing other quests before going back to this one, but it still does the exact same thing every time. Help?....

Nevermind, even though this has happening for a week every time I played, LITERALLY as soon as I posted this message the very next time the extraction worked. Still, very weird!

Damn .. I am having the exact same issue on two cars and cant figure out how to continue!

I wish I could help, I have no idea what was different about when I was finally able to get it to work than any other time *shrug*
