Can't enter Nick Lightbearer's hideout in Sally's story!

Okay I'm in Nick Lightbearer's house, I've opened his hideout entrance, I've got everything out of his safe, but when I try to go down, the screen just fades to black as normal, but it just puts me right back where I was! Please help!!!

Just had the same issue, pressing to enter the hideout just fades to black and then loads the same room. Frustrating as this is part of the main quest, essentially breaking the game. No word on this, I guess?

you can use the developer console and 'ghost' command to fly under the house and you'll find the hideout somewhere around that area
