they will never beat the main storyline tho
The first two - they have signature WHF writing, boldly exploring stuff most games chicken-out on these days, but the stories have very little connection to the world of We Happy Few. Each takes about 2 hours, game mechanics are very few, and you can probably just watch them on YouTube.
"We all fall down", the last one, completes the story. It mostly plays like Dishonored, though with a bit more unavoidable fights. Combat, stealth and travesal feel quite satisfactory. Takes about 4 hours to complete and I really recommend it.
I personally found 2 of the 3 DLC's very good, and one of those 2 is better than the other.
