Another Eric the Crazy Legs bug

When I played Acts 1 and 2, I got the already-reported re-appearing quest with Eric himself missing, but in Act 3, I got a new one with Eric. I did Ollie's version of the Crazy Legs quest, but one part wouldn't work. It said to talk to Eric, which I think was supposed to be the last step. But, nothing happened when I tried. He just stood there and cried, but my cursor wouldn't let me do anything. It just stayed a yellow circle with no E or V options.

I've finished the game now, so I don't need help in finishing the quest (I just abandoned that one), but I figured I better report it anyways.

I can't wait until December for the new parts of the game, so I'm just going to have to play it again in the meanwhile. :)

Yeah, Eric did the same for me with Ollie and I just moved on to other quests. It seemed not as serious a deal in Act 3 as there were plenty of quests/points available.

They do know about this and they ahve some propblems with it. Basically all "enemy" NPCs must be gone (not be murderous anymore) and Eric will talk to you again.
For me i dont know if it bugged or ot, i just hid in some yellow flowers and ran over to the crying eric and he talked to me. Quest done..

I just went on the next one too. I made enough skill points elsewhere.

No one was murderous, but I'm playing on easy mode, so maybe I missed out one whatever was meant by "I hope this isn't a trap." There was a little unusual area with doors close nearby and a chest or something inside, but no trap or enemies waiting.
