Having an extremely hard time trying to find rain suits to make a boiler suit. Can't go into the towns because i'm attacked (unless dressed in a boiler suit). I've pretty much search the entire garden district and ZERO rain suits. HELP!

If you have the quest to go into the town, there is a boiler suit in the shed behind the building you need to go to. Besides that, it is just luck if you can find shredded raincoats. I really wish Ollie's quests were laid out better.

There's a perk to find "fancier loot" which resulted in me finding raincoats a bit more. I'm pretty sure at Byng's house, there's a free boiler suit in a shed. For the most part, since Ollie's character is made as the pve ♥♥♥♥ the world since i don't fit in storyline, you basically need to go steal stuff at night from houses and beat people up.

Once I got the suit and blended in fine, there is only one sort of npc to look out for. The ones with red hats and are male (not red police) will aggro on sight, for some reason.
