I've never used a "ghost" method, i actually don't know how to - nor would I want to. If this is not intended to be an "evasion-capable" part of the encounter, maybe he should have a key? or lock pick?
I can definitely repeat the evasion for recording purposes.

True, that would have been cool. Although I never even got the idea of avoiding him in the first place. So great idea on your side. I wish there was time for the Devs to implement something that allows for such a nice life for Theodore.
