Why can't i play as sally boyle in survival mode?

Unpopular opinion- sally is the best character because of all the drugs and atomatizers? can make bank and buy any item she needs that she can find?


I really want to play as her in survival mode, i've finished act 2 (sally's playthrough) and i've started Act 3 (ollie) however in survival mode only arthur and ollie are available. Any idea why i cant play as her? is it because of Gwen?

Pretty sure it was mentioned you can play them all if you finish the game though not entirely sure.

The ps4 lost all my old saves, so I'm having to do the story again. Otherwise, survival and sandbox will only allow you to play as Arthur. Each story act that's played unlocks that character in the new modes.

I've played her in survival mode. I like the chemistry stuff too. She comes with 10 knockouts to get you started and you don't have to take care of Gwen (she is mentioned but treated as an invisible character in survival mode).

so what youre saying is if i finish ollie's playthough too she should become unlocked?

It should unlock once you've played her in Story mode. Even if you haven't finished Ollie's act yet.
