Malpractice of Doctors
HI. So, I'm pretty sure my game is glitched, unless I'm just doing something wrong. I've read in a lot of places that there will always be one open checkpoint in the Parade District and you will start the House Call quest, but my game just doesn't have that. I've completed all of the quests after the Letter of Transit quest and so I don't see what's going on, I can't get in. Everything is closed. Is there something I'm missing? Please help, this is so frustrating.

Did you finish the Hostile Takeover quest? or Can you tell me which quest are you playing now?

I did finish that one too, and now it's telling me to find a way into Wellington Wells Institute. I'm on the Malpractice of Doctors quest, but there is no open checkpoint for me to go into so I can start the House Call quest or find any way into to move forward. There's supposed to be one open checkpoint but there isn't. I've been everywhere on the map and all over the parade 20 times, trying to figure this out for two days, nothing.

You need to finish the House Call quest to unlock Wellington Wells Institute main gate.

Yes, I've been everywhere and cannot trigger the quest. I read that there will be one open checkpoint you can go through and that will trigger it. The thing is, there is no open checkpoint. That's what I'm saying. I can't trigger the quest.

I got stuck on this one, then realised that I had to go through the records office to get out the back, then the rest of the area is open.

I feel like no one is understanding that we could't find House Call because the checkpoint didn't open, so that quest was unavailable. Okay, so I just went through again to a save before the missions leading up to it, and I think did them in the wrong order. So I redid them and did Hostile Takeover first then Future Perfect. It opened up for me then. and ONLY THEN was I able to do House Call because I was finally able to get through. I hope this helps you too.

Sorry if this is a spoiler, but it's kinda not and usually you figure out pretty early on. The only problem is, after that and finishing his story you have to play as Sally, and she never shuts up. You have to listen to a few minutes of her rambling before you can get your next quest. She's so annoying.

I'll try that, thanks.
