Sally is terribly underwhelming

She cant use stealth takedowns without terribly expensive crafting items, ive been scavenging over an hour and a half and found absolutely 0 lockpicks and 0 bobby pins, her stamina is terrible, her health is terrible.

You cant run, you cant hide, you cant fight and you cant use takedowns.

Game went from too easy (not a single death in the entire game as Arthur on normal difficulty) to ridiculously hard (i already died 6 times in the first Sally quest)

She really need to, at the VERY least, have her lockpick loot % fixed.

you don't really need lockpicks as sally. most of her materials come from the garden and from cupboards. your flat out wrong on stamina. she can sprint forever very quickly. if you mean combat stamina you need to stop arthuring and start sallying. she isn't a brawler. she's a glass cannon. run in steal the stuff then run away and hide.

Sally is always underwhelming at the start, but after you find the materials she becomes really overpowered.

Don’t know why you’re scavenging for bobby pins, just kill a bobby and then hide in a bin behind a house

of course you need lockpicks as sally!

Not only for quest, but also for exploring or digging.

And, at least for now, even with the baby buff she sprints considerably less distance than arthur, i cant talk about her lategame.

Maybe you are right about the arthuring and sallying thing, tho.

It feels very out of character for sally to kill bobbies, specially in direct combat (not to mention unecessary difficult) and so far im unable to stealth takedown them even with the syringes.

Nonetheless, the more i play her, the more i understand how she works, she isnt as bad as i thought.

Still worse than arthur so far.

Sally with that perk and the baby buff is still considerably BELOW arthur when it comes to sprinting. She is better at other things tho, so its fine.

Can i get more milk somewhere else?

She can also buy boots that make her way better at sprinting, and with a few drugs, she might even be better than Arthur..

I’m not aware of any way to get more milk, but you can use the baby feeder to feed your baby for you, and I don’t think that uses milk.

(I could be wrong though)

That's correct. It's best to get that feeder as soon as possible. I sold everything I had once it became available. It's way over priced though

um theres vending machines full of the fast drug atleast 60 or so pills, and auther starts with running shows, he never loeses them, so he is the fastest still

Arthur is the fastest, its even stated in the game in one of arthurs starting perks, this is not a debate, sally can run, but not on arthur´s level, period, just like arthur can use chemical stations, but nothing on sally´s level either

Im on the faraday quest already and im loving sally too, i simply didnt know how to get the most of her.

Both are great characters with different strengths and different weaknesses, and i like it that way.

so we're just spoilling the sally quirk now? that was a pretty big revelation to go spoilling for the apparently millions of people crying about the price.

also not sure about your sally's but mine can basically sprint forever. my arthur needed to breathe occasionally. sally regains stamina near instantly. her boxing shoes are amazing

1 Arthur only needs to stop and breath if you completely empty the stamina meter, if you spend only 99% of it, it starts inmediately. If your arthur stops to breathe is because you want him to.

2 An important detail you seem to forget...... arthur runs faster, if both sally and arthur sprint for the same amount of time, arthur covers more distance. Sally must spend more time running for the same distance.

3 Arthurs stamina bar is considerably larger, so he need less time between sprints. Sally need a ton of buffs just to come near arthurs baseline.


And we better not talk about the health.

Sally have her quirks, no doubt about it, and she is terribly good if you play her as sally, instead of playing her as "Arthur number 2"

But arthur have his quirks too, and one of them is that he is faster

I'm finding her playthrough super annoying, personally. Especially because half the time is spent running around trying to find duct tape for the kids nappy and it's nowhere to be found, and the shop isn't selling any atm (i don't know if he stocks up on it on a different day maybe?? or i'm just having a lot of bad luck) and you gotta book it from one end of the map to the other just to change its nappy or feed it and hnng yea... Don't get me wrong, it's an interesting take but yea... Annoying.
