i don't know how to make pure water.
i can make water filter but how do i use it to make pure water?

i'm not sure i had one for arthur either. just fill your canteens in the garden district is all i ever did. if your onto sally then you should be able to craft pure water. she starts with it and it's 100% necessary

I wish someone would figure out the Wikipedia for all the recipes already I can't find a lot of the recipes that used to be able to know from the beginning

I have water filters for Arthur. Don't remember where ther recipe was though, sorry.

You can find the recipe in random places. Just like any other recipe or item. I think i found mine on a work or chemlab bench somewhere in Maidenholm. Or i was given it. .. Also found a couple of filters. (arthur btw)

The issue is that recipe rewards are totally random for completing quests, with the exception of a few. I have gotten duplicate recipes as rewards that I've already received as rewards or from a workbench table in a Hatch, as the game doesn't seem to run a check on your current recipes before dishing out a reward.

This means that it's pretty easy to never get a basic recipe like Pure Water.

It also means you can't make a list of where to get a recipe, since it's totally random.

Do not craft pure water as Sally, NEVER.

She starts with a water filter in her apartment, near the tap, in which you can use ONE FILTER to purify 3 canteens of tap water, if you use the crafting menu, one filter only purifies one.
