Recipe for Sunshine? *SPOILER*
I got Sally her cod liver oil, BF said Sally gave him the recipe but so far I havent gotten it, did my game glitch out?

They were most-likely mistaken, maybe they unlocked the recipe right before/after the encounter?
Either way, Sally gives you the letter of transit into the parade district, not a recipe.

I wish i could avoid doing that quest but sunshine is wayy too important unfortunately. This quest makes me too sad:(

Sally only gives you a couple pills Sunshine rather than the recipe though she starts with it.
