they are frecuently found in the mirrors you find on the bathrooms of every house in the village.

Or you can craft them, but they arent hard to find at all.

really? i can't seem to find them, i also don't have the blueprint to craft them

Then keep playing the main plot ignoring that quest until you do.

not all optional quest must be done (or even CAN be done) as soon as you get them.
