Is umbrella the best weapon?

Since I upgraded the lethal umbrella, I haven’t used any other weapons. It’s quick, lights people on fire, makes them bleed, and has infinite durability. Is there any reason to use another weapon? I kill everything so fast with the umbrella that I just stuck with it pretty much my whole Arthur playthrough.

IMHO for Arthur (ACT 1) yes but no for ACT 2 and so on.

I like sandman more, it attacks multip target in one swing, though it's not indestructible, but still extremely durable that enough to beat the game

Yeah I realized this later. I like how sandman can charge up the attack with Arthur and exclusively used it near the end of the act.

Yeah I learned pretty early on with Sally that the umbrella was trash (can’t even make an upgraded version and I’m nearly done the act). Instead I’ve been using an upgrade on the cleaver and it’s been absolutely incredible. Glad to see other weapons becoming useful as well
