Where is the reform club in act 2

I bought the reform club invitation from the seller but cant find the reform club the map is different than arthurs

The map is procedurally generated each time, so unfortunately nobody is able to tell you where it is

I’ll also add that I also never found it as Sally, maybe it doesn’t exist in her playthrough?

I didn't find it when playing as Sally, so I'm guessing it's not there.
You need that invitation for a quest though, so hold on to it.

Once you have removed the map fog as to say look for a small star on the map, these indicate an undiscovered mission or encounter,

Or i my experance on PC.

The invitation is purely a quest item in Act 2.
