help with quest "reservations"

the only way to find the digitoxin seems to be through the door that is jammed or by scaling the building, both of which i have been unable to find a way to do after a good hour or so of looking

omg thank you so much, this game is good at making things take some time to notice however some are too hidden, i also had a large amount of trouble with sally's last mission
