Does it spawn randomly on workbench? never find an padded suit recipe and thus cannot complete the honey harvasting quest in entire arthur run :(

the padded suit recipe you get by reading the sign at the honey tree as far as I remeber

If you get the health increase perks or craft some riding boots/buy a worn bodbbies helmet for other sources of armor. Problem I had with that quest was there being no button to hold to get the honey when I was up there.
