How do I reduce the secondary joy meter?

I've tried tea, sick tea, waiting, sleeping in bed extended periods of time, et cetera. I must need a crafting blueprint to flush that meter, right? I know how to lower the joy meter itself, but not the secondary one.

I’m afraid it doesn’t go away until you experience a temporary joy crash when it loops around.

You dont. That's the "memory loss" bar. It only increases.

So there isn't any drug you can take to flush it out of your system? Odd, I thought there was. Must of just been in the alpha.

Crash mainly. There is some other special drugs for Sally and Ollie. But it wont reset/reduce the Joy Meter. That is a permanent memory loss.
