So I am underground in Ins Holm and my task is to power all three control rooms. I have powered two, but cannot power the third one. When I go to that panel Arthur says if I can redirect the moteline I can power the last room. What do I do to redirect the moteline? I have tried everything and I cannot get it to work.

Is this before or after you've crashed the jubilator?

If after then I assume you're in the room with the button. There are three valves to find.

If before then just activate all the levers.

This is after I crashed the jubilator. I activated two of the valves out of three. The third one doesn't not work because it says it needs Moline to power it.

Is this across all the rooms or just one?

In this room there are 3 valves you need to turn.
a. 2 of them are in the corridor on the right of the entrance among the motilene pipes;
b. the third is in the main room in front of the console you need to activate (you have to climb there).
To turn correctly each wheel, you have to look at nearby pipes and see in there's motilene (if not, you have to turn it).
When all the pipes are full of motilene, you can activate the level.
