If you have the auxiliary filling station it's on there. If you haven't got that bridge gather the resources (Neximide, antiseptic and syringe I think) or buy it from the apothecary. The plague won't kill you just make you tired.

It's one of the bridges to the plague district. It's the big concrete one.

If you get the abandoned bridge, the recipe is in the same roow with the dead Bobby.
If not, the recipe can be obtained/unlocked by collecting its ingredients like neximide and antiseptic (kinda harder this way).

I've found, as Doc Gadget says, if you craft antiseptic you get the recipe for the plague cure. No running around needed.

yeah i think I missread it late last night when i was very tired but also the fact it is under survival tab not the chemical tab. Thanks all! I did die due to accidently looting all my gear from stash into my invetory with no nexima pills and serious food poisoning but have no doubt it will be helpful in future runs.
