How is everybody killing me but I can't kill anyone

Anybody with an AR2 kills me in two shots somehow, but I shoot them twenty times in the head and they're still left with 20 HP? what the hell?

Do you rememebr what server you were on ?, Servers have different ways of play, fast kill or 1 shot kill, or mods/plugins and bad admin also can do this....If its just a same server always bud, i would find another server to try. Good luck and have fun. (fun is what its all about :)
