how to install botrix bots?

1. You extract the addons folder and the cfg folder into your hl2mp folder.
2. In your Steam games list (Library), rightclick onto Half-Life 2: Deathmatch and select Properties. Click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS, type in -insecure and click 'OK'.
3. Start the game. Click on CREATE SERVER. Select a map and click Start.
4. Bots will automatically spawn. To add a bot, type botrix bot add into your console. For more functions, type 'botrix' in your console.

Note: Botrix bots can only walk in a map when there are waypoints for the map. Click here to see all the waypoints that come with your Botrix install[github.com].

If plugin is loaded successfully then you will see something like that on the console:
[Botrix] Botrix loaded. Current mod: HalfLife2Deathmatch.

If not, try to load plugin using console command:
plugin_load addons/botrix

Download some map .way points made by other people: https://github.com/borzh/botrix/tree/master/runtime/addons/botrix/waypoints

You can make your own .way points but very time consuming

No the pluggin just won't run because it's not "signed" by Valve. No need to worry about Vac anti cheat system for this server pluggin.
