Doesn't even load to a proper menu if it can not access internet. Produces "Ooops we are offline" pictorial message, that also seems to contain some "encoded" data.

For me, a dead game. It has no genuine Single Player, as the store page claims.

If by genuine single player you mean no offline mode, then yes you are correcto. We use what is called a databaso which stores all of the stuffo.
