Catooh does not appear in the program

Despite noted in the manual Catooh option does not appear in the program.

I have the Premium MM2014 and is where the manual says. But in the Premium MM2015, Catooh is not nowhere.

Tengo el MM2014 Premium y si está donde dice el manual. Pero en el MM2015 Premium, la opcion Catooh no está por ninguna parte

thank you for your feedback.
Due to restrictions of the Steam platform, we cannot offer a direct link from our product to the catooh store anymore. The manual still mentions that feature for the MM2015 but we will correct that in the next patch. An updated version of the manual is already available at the storepage.
