Can't start it

Bought, downloaded MAGIX Music Maker 2015, it won't start, first it gave a 0xc000007b mistake and after I tried to run program again it giving nothing, like you click on empty spot. If you manually try to start it from the steam folder \Steam\SteamApps\common\MAGIX it give you 0xc000007b mistake - HELP needed....
