Dear developers and the game will be Russian? or not

I am using an X-Box One controller. It works exactly like a 360 controller in all games except this one. For instance, "A" is "LT" which causes a single press to be interpreted as multiple button hits. This makes the game unplayable with the pad. I gather it's not being detected as a 360 controller and therefore using the wrong layout. Is there any way for me to manually reconfigure the controls to make it work? Any assistance would be appreciated....
