I got permanently banned, I don't cheat.

Why I am permanently banned? how can I contact the support on this game? I am 100% certain the ban is false, I am only gold I, why would I cheat? it doesn't make anysense for me to do so since I am using my main acc, someone please help me solve my concern.

You can get mass reported, the game doesnt have any anticheat but may be checking background processes on execution.
Considering I played on linux with my main acc which it certainly could raise a tons of flags, Id say you just got mass report'd.

why are they not checking the reports? it is just odd since there should be an admin or overseer that reviews the reports whether it is true or false, yeah Imma try sending them a ticket, I hope they will response.
