does this game have crossplay with mobile?

When I was playing on Ipad i could check to play on pc lobby to get extra ranked point. I believe many people we meet are on touchscreen, But dont mind me. I played touchscreen a lot when you master it you can be as precise as a mouse but you have a huge aim assist. Also its way more easy for a touchscreen player to abuse movement compared to controller player.
