If the issue persists, are you currently using an antivirus program?
Some antivirus programs may restrict PLAY TOGETHER's connection, making it appear as if there's a network issue even when the network itself is fine.
If you're using an antivirus program, please try adding PLAY TOGETHER to its allowed programs list and see if that resolves the issue.
