How to get Monumental Construction?

Hello, may anyone tell me how to get achievement "Monumental Construction"? I have read some tutorial related to getting all achievement and it does not work in my case (I do the same like the author and nothing happens)

You have to build a bridge. With this bridge you have to reach the level goals. Also you have to put 100 parts on the map. They may also have no contact to the bridge and fall down. After the building part you have to press the play button. At the end of the elvel you get the achievement.
