King's Road companion

Has anyone gotten the epic King's Road companion? I have been farming the area for literal days now (which is annoying when I outlevel it and could get way better rewards elsewhere) and I'm wondering whether I'm just very unlucky or there's some hidden requirement.

If that's the Akenai Pawblade, yes. No idea how long I was on there because it never popped up as a loot item (Not sure if pets do), but it was about an hour. Maximum speed, talented to not stop when oneshotting.
