Ep 1 classroom bug?

I bought the full version of this game yesterday and checked if my laptop would run this game before. Now after the bathroom scene when Max has to rescue Cloe I get stuck after the talk with Mr. Jefferson. I can not rewind, I can not move but I can still move the camera and look at Victoria or Mr. Jefferson.
So I changed the settings - and I still have the same problem.
I deinstalled the game and then I realized that the installation took only 15 minutes..
My friends installation took about 2 hours.
Now after this I still have the same problem.

Is there something I did wrong or is this a bug..? :/

My game has this same bug and there's a lot of other people with this problem including my friends.
But only the second time playing when you already have a game saved . Have you ever played it and you're trying to play again or this is the frist time?

It was the first time :/ now I tried to start a new game and in the first video sequence my pc stopped the game because it would not work right... and when I check the data it says nothing.. :S
