Game-breaking issue (episode 3 - Diner)

Hello,

I believe I am encountering a game breaking issue in episode 3 at the diner. When speaking to Frank, whether I steal his key or spill the drink over his clothes, the screen turns grey and I have to rewind. But thing is I get stuck in a loop. The only thing I can do is rewind but it won't get out of this grey screen.

This happened to me a few days ago too. All I could do was press LT to rewind, over and over, until Max had gone right back to the start.

I replayed the chapter again last night though and it didn't glitch on me this time.

I had this exact issue when I played through episode 3; rewound as far as I could but still had the greyed-out 'game over' effect and unable to move. Quit and restart fixed it but had to replay the whole scene. Annoying bug.
