Can't get out of Max's room!!!!
The interaction for opening the door out of the room in the beginning of episode 2 keeps on flickering on and off and I'm not able to drag the mouse to open it!!! HELP this is very annoying and I can't even progress in the game if i can't leave a stupid room.

Nevermind, I fixed this bug/glitch or whatever by changing the screen size to about 4.

I'm having the same problem!
Could you tell me how you changed the screen size please? Maybe that could fix the issue for me as well

Yes I tried it, and it doesn't fix anything for me :((( Changing the screen size doesn't help either... Somehow everything's messed up since the latest Steam update...
The 1st episode which I could play without any problems before, does have those bugs now as well!

Hello,

Can you ensure that your graphic card and sound card drivers are up to date. Also check to see if your DirectX is the latest version.

Let me know if these steps resolve your issue.

Thanks

Same problems as everyone here, I checked and everything including directX is up to date.

THANK YOU. I've been replaying the same part over and over and this fixed it for me. I had to change to a little less than two, but all the same, thank you.

Try setting your graphic card to 'performance' and ensure all drivers are up to date.

Hello,

Could you verify your game cache and let me know if it reinstalls any files?

I verified my game cache and it didn't say anything about any files being reinstalled.

But today I noticed that my graphic card driver is pretty old... I got version 327.02.
The latest version is 350.12. I tried installing it but it said it's not compatible with the hardware.

Does this mean I can't keep playing the game on my current laptop?

Hello,

I would contact your graphic card manufacturer and ask if there is a slightly older driver that will work with your card

I give up. I'm sorry but I feel like I tried enough to get the game work. When episode 1 came out, I had bought it separately just to check if it works on my computer - it did. Then after buying the episode 2-5 season pass it suddenly didn't anymore. Seriously? No, I'm done. I'll see if there is any way to get my money back because I'm just tired of this now. I still love the game, it's awesome but I feel defrauded after this. And I'm by far not the only player who has issues with it, as from what I've read in the forum.
