Achievements not working? (Fixed)

It's seems to be a rare occurrence, and I've only seen a few posts here about it but I beat episode 2 and didn't unlock any achievements. You're probably thinking that I didn't take picures, which I did, but even if that were the case I should have at least got the last achievement which is to complete episode 2. I went back and tried to get the achievements again and no dice. They won't pop up and they're still locked under my achievements in the game. Any fix or why this is happening would be nice. Thanks!

Fixed. I had two controllers plugged in (360 pad and Logitech pad) and unplugged one. I restarted Steam/PC and started up the game, tried the criteria for an achievement and bam it worked! Such a strange thing to happen, but I will leave this here for those who might experience the same issue.

I've spent the whole day trying to figure out why NONE of my achievements were unlocking. I have the exact same setup as you. (2 controllers, one 360 pad, and one logitech pad). I unplugged the logitech pad and now my achievements are unlocking.

Programming is a lot more complex that it seems. But yes, this issue should have been fixed by now.
