UI Labels Only Visible Through Player.

Ever Since I bought this Game, and I suffered through the 1st Play with this Issue which is why I'm missing so many Photo Achievements.. No matter the Settings or the past Year (with Os Wipe, ect) that I haven't Played it haven't Seemed to fix the Label issue in the game... I can only see something as an Interaction if I'm Close enough to it and the Label would be lined up with my Character...
I don't have this Issue or much of any with Life is Strange BtS. (just EP3 Pt 1 Head Glitch in Cut scenes and Black Eyes...)

Does anyone Know how to fix this issue?
