Life is Strange Limited Edition episodes problem

Ok so I just bought a physical copy of LiS Limited Edition, the one with Before the storm, the little book and the CD. Problem is I finished first episode and when I want to play the second one, the game says I have to buy it. I saw some fixes around here saying that I need to go to LiS->Properties->DLC but I don't even have that tab in properties. What can I do? Installed the game through Steam, after redeeming the code using the autorun on the physical disc.
