Am stuck looking for the password for david's computer

I've searched everything that I've found twice, but it won't let me leave the garage. When I click to open the door, she just says "I still need to find the password for David's computer."

I'm trying to find an answer to that as well.. I must have tried the wrong options, the computer locked, and now I can't go back in time, to try again..

Yeah, I think I had to go back to my latest save, and do it again, but I got past it, eventually - thanks :)

After I found the receipt in the visor I pretty much was 99% certain that it would have to be the password. (The day he met Joyce, and why else would you keep a several year old receipt for something as trivial as a lunch tucked away..)

Was the first password I actually tried rather than attempting the others I had found willy-nilly.

It doesn't really break so much as it locks out for a few mins bc wrong passwords.

I think this bug is still there, if you look at the couple of nearest items in the garage and try those passwords on the laptop, the computer locks and rewinding isn't available even if you look at the other clues. Reloading seems to be the only way out.
