*Spoilers* How to escape the alarm?

How do you get pass the bit where blowing up the door triggers the alarm? I literally cannot find any option or solution.

You have to walk in to wells office and rewind time then unlock the door for Chloe.

Walk into the office and rewind to before you set off the bomb then unlock the door from inside.

Go into principals office and wind time back. You then just have to unlock the door for Chloe.
