go to cop and tell him about rachel
go to frank tell about dogs
take keys
rewind

Many ways. You just have to get infos and don't forget to rewind when it's possible. For me, I ask the cop about Nathan Prescott, I rewind, ask the "better answer", get an info to tell to Nathan who gave me an info to use with Frank, and he give me his keys.
