As I recall, the first one was an annonymous text saying that he/she knows where I sleep and creepy stuff like that, like "I'm watching you"; then the second one was a "polite warning" from Nathan's father about harassing his son with lies (the gun incident).
And I don't remember if there was another one, I'll have to check it.
^This. Plus, I just don't see someone as rich and powerful introducing themselves as "Nathan's father" via anonymous text. It sounds like when a kid fakes a parent's signature for school stuff: "Nathan can skip school today. -Nathan's dad."
I'm just not buying it... And honestly, those texts could be from anyone.
This makes sense to me. The "Nathan's father" text only shows up if you tell the principal about Nathan's gun, so I think someone who heard about Max telling the truth is the person behind the text. Plausible candidates from main 12: Jefferson, Victoria, Nathan, David, or Principal Wells.
Actually no, it appears even without telling about the gun. So the only one person who knows about Max being in the bathroom is Nathan. So his family can be involved or maybe not. Does Nathan know Max`s phone number? I suppose he doesn`t, so he could ask principle or his father(connection in phone company). We don`t know much about his family at all, maybe they are good and don`t know ♥♥♥♥ about Nathan, they are scared maybe. So I think 3 options possible:
1)Nathan`s family don`t know about him and his dirty business with vortex club they just give him money.
2)Nathan and his family involved.
3)Same as option 1 but now his parents want to stop him so theн ask Max for help.
Having tested many different choices, no, the "this is Nathan's father" text only appears if you tell Principal Wells about Nathan having a gun. Unless you have evidence to contradict every playthrough and LP I've played/seen of Episode 2, I'm not going to buy that the "stop slandering my son" text shows up if you don't tell the truth about Nathan.
I think that if any of the texts are from Nathan, he probably got Max's phone number from Victoria. They're clearly close--he's probably heard about Max from her in the past.
