First photo in episode 3

Can't take first photo in ep. 3 Chaos Therory.
I found a box from action figure, but Max just won't take a shot.
Does anyone have the same problem?

The action figure is on a shelf in Victoria's room. It's glow in the dark, so you have to aim your phone's light at it and stand still a few seconds before you get the chance to take a photo.
