Yes, if you reorder the photos she leaves the message AND leaves a mess in your room. (If you also told on Nathan to the principal, you get another message in the wall AND a photo/death threat in your bed.)
The SMS is a direct consequence from taking her pic. The message in the room, from what you do in her room in the first place.
Still no text from vic (unlike the first time I played). 99% confident it's a bug now.
Guess I'll have to make do without the text. I know it's not important to the storyline, but still, it was nice.
If you want her to like you, be sure not to mess up the photos in her room!
As much as I remember I comforted her but I rearranged her photos and let it that way but I can't remember to have seen a message from her in my room in EP2 just the one from Nathan. But it's likely that I missed it when it was no impressive one.
