I am the only one who hated kate and made everything to make her jump on the question lines?

You're horrible.. seriously.. this isn't just me trolling why on earth would you hate her? She's done NOTHING but suffer given the circumstances it is apalling to hold her responsible in anyway.. clearly you have NOT dealt with anyone who was ever depressed.

Maybe he is taking the Mr. Jefferson route of believing her to be attention seeking.

Honestly though, I'm not sure where I stand with her. She died on my first playthrough, but I saved her on two and three. I'm conflicted though, mainly down to not knowing how much the outcome is going to factor into the later episodes. I think I'd be happier leaving her dead, simply to save the grief and have that shock factor to the students who were so rude to her.

Some people have had very bad experiences with fanatical Christians... That's one reason I could see people not liking her, though she doesn't come off as a fanatic, besides the abstinence/bible study posters which is harmless for the most part.

Some people are also just really insensitive to people that express emotions and go through issues. There's that: "phish! Crying is for the weak, stop being so emo!" Attitude I've seen sometimes.

Could also be that they think she is lying or that even if she was drugged, she still made out with all those guys, and she's just "playing the victim" and wanting attention as some characters in the game believed.

Could also be her writing and character being seen as little more than a plot device by some.

Personally I liked her, but her closing off and being depressed the whole game did make it hard to get to know her.

Maybe i am a little "phish! Crying is for the weak, stop being so emo", but i think she also search for this. She came from a Christian home, why she would go clubber? Even mafia members know that "partys" is a bad idea. I remember a music of Alice Cooper:

For gambling and drinking alcohol constantly

Im sure author also didnt water the plant so that poor thing died from dehydration

I'd imagine that letting her die might lead to the best ending though

If you got proof on how she was harassed and told her to go to the police and THEN let her jump - I'd imagine that would put A LOT more pressure on the different parties to investigate this matter seriously...

I can’t say I hate Kate, but she is annoying character. When she jumped I didn’t load checkpoint to save her.
