Dunno, have no experience.
I just find it weird not to keep in touch with your best friend even when one moves to another city...
Its how it always has been, its the unspoken rule of all forms of relationships, the one that stays doesn't need to call at all, its the one that leaves that does....its a dumb rule, but thats how it is, like how its a dumb rule that men need to ask the girl out or propose......but there you go.
Yea, especially since Max seems to have spent a lot of time playing with Chloe before she moved. There might be some reason that has yet to be revealed. Here's to hoping.
Point is: Life is Strange
I would call my best friend in that case, but it sounds to me like something happened between the time of William's death and Max's leaving that made her reluctant to call Chloe. Plus phone calls go two ways. Chloe could have picked up her phone and called Max. And since they were what 13 or 14? Miscommunications can occur (Chloe in a moment of grief told Max to stop trying to contact her so Max takes it seriously and feels guilty about it later) and all sorts of other things.
