I mean I read about it a lot in here and finished the game 3 times with all possible outcomes and yet haven't encountered a single dialog where its mentioned?

Where people brought this theory from?

In the classroom one of the girls throws a paper at Kate, read it after
class.
Some of her abstinence posters have grafitti on it.
And last I know from the top of my head is the slate infront of her room.

So, it's not a theory but rather in the game. Although it's a non-thing in my opinion.

Right at the beginning of the game in the classroom, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ girl throws a paper at Kate. You can pick it up and read it. I think more people make remarks because Kate is doing this abstinence stuff.
I personally think the theories here go to far, since the others could "just" be trying to bully Kate, so... There is something, but if it is a "real sex tape" is unknown IMHO.

I don't know. Chloe's stepfather harassed Kate. Why would he do that, if she became victim of something this Nathan did? Sounds too crazy for even this guy. I think something else entirely is behind it.

What, if this sex tape was the same like Nathan wanted to do with Chloe, I mean drug her, drive her far away out and get a camera to film this? I think he did this with her, too....
